Terms of Service
These are the terms you agree to when you subscribe to PrepMyCall: what we do, what you pay, and how either of us stops.
Briefs are synthesised with the help of AI and can be wrong, so check anything you act on.
1. Who these terms are with
PrepMyCall is operated by One Zeno Pte. Ltd., 77 High Street, #10-12B High Street Plaza, Singapore 179433. "We" means One Zeno. "You" means the person or company that subscribes; if you subscribe for a company, you confirm you can bind it. By paying us or using the service, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. What PrepMyCall does
You email us the details of an upcoming meeting: who you are meeting, which company they are from, and when. We synthesise a written brief on that company and the people attending, using software that includes AI models, from publicly available information. We send you a private web link to the brief, and a PDF if you ask for one. PrepMyCall is still in validation, so briefs are prepared with people involved, and we agree turnaround with you by email.
3. Founding access and payment
Founding Access is a monthly subscription, priced in US dollars, taken by card through Stripe. Stripe's own terms cover the payment, and we never see your card number. Prices exclude any tax that applies where you are.
| Plan | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Founder | $49 per month | 5 briefs a month |
| Founder Unlimited | $99 per month | Unlimited briefs for eligible sales meetings, subject to fair use |
| Team | From $249 per month | Three users |
The subscription renews each month until you cancel. If a payment fails we will tell you and try again, and we may pause the service until it is paid.
4. Your first month
Your first payment covers your first month of service, and that month begins when your account is activated, not on the day you pay.
If your account has not been activated within three months of the product launching, your subscription starts at the end of those three months, whether the account is active or not.
5. Your founding price
Founding prices are low because the product is new. Your price stays where it is for as long as your subscription runs without interruption, even if we raise the published price. If you cancel and come back, or the subscription lapses for non-payment, you pay the published price then.
We keep two rights that do not break that lock. First, we may close an account that breaks these terms. Second, we may end founding pricing, or stop offering PrepMyCall altogether, on 30 days' notice by email, after which you are not charged again. A period you have already paid for runs to its end either way.
6. Cancelling, refunds and fair use
Cancel at any time by writing to hello@prepmycall.com, and ask for a refund at the same address. Cancelling stops the next payment, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
If your first month does not produce a brief worth reading, ask us within that month and we will refund it, at our reasonable judgement. We may ask what was wrong, because we want to know. Any refund you ask for before the product launches is honoured. We process a refund within seven days of agreeing it, and your bank or card issuer may take longer than that to show it. Other fees are not refundable, except where the law gives you a right we cannot exclude.
Fair use on Founder Unlimited means briefs for real sales meetings you are attending, for one business. We will tell you if your usage is far outside what a single seller's schedule of meetings would produce, before we limit anything.
7. What you are responsible for
Send us accurate meeting details, and only information you are entitled to share. Check anything in a brief before you act on it, particularly anything about a named person. Make sure your use of PrepMyCall follows the law where you are and where the people you are meeting are.
You must not resell briefs as a product or service of your own, scrape or bulk-extract anything from PrepMyCall, use the service unlawfully, or use anything in a brief to harass, intimidate or profile the people named in it. PrepMyCall prepares you for a meeting already agreed. It is not a lead list, a background check or a screening service. If you break this section we may suspend or close your account.
8. Briefs are synthesised by AI, and we do not guarantee them
Your brief is synthesised by software that includes AI models, from information that is already public: company websites, news, filings, and what people and their employers have published. No one writes it from personal knowledge of the people in it.
That method fails in particular ways. A source can be out of date, so a job title or a funding round is a year behind. Two people share a name, and so do two companies, so a detail can be attached to the wrong one. An AI model can state something with complete confidence and still be wrong. A fact can be accurate on its own and misleading without the context that surrounds it.
We read briefs before they go out and we correct what we catch, and errors still get through. So verify anything you plan to act on, and do not treat a brief as a statement of fact about a person. A brief is preparation for a meeting you have already agreed to, not advice, not a verified record and not a background check.
We accept no liability for a loss that follows from relying on a brief, or from a decision you took on the strength of one. Every brief carries a notice saying it was produced with AI.
9. Your brief link
Each brief sits at a private web address. The link expires 30 days after the meeting, and we can switch one off sooner if you ask. Anyone holding it can read the brief until then, so treat it as you would an unlisted document.
10. Changes to the service and to these terms
PrepMyCall is still being built, and features, plans and prices may be added or changed before the product launches. Existing subscribers keep their founding price. We may also change these terms, and the date at the top says when. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will email you first.
11. Liability
PrepMyCall is provided as is and as available. As far as the law allows, we exclude every implied warranty and condition, including any implied term that the service will be uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose.
Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost business, lost goodwill or lost data. Our total liability for all claims arising in any twelve months is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for a loss arising from something in a brief being wrong, or from a decision you took on the strength of one.
If someone brings a claim against us because you misused the service or a brief, you cover what that claim costs us.
Some liabilities cannot be excluded by contract under Singapore law, such as liability for fraud, and nothing in these terms tries to exclude them. Everything else in this section applies as far as the law allows. Nothing in these terms, and nothing in a brief, is legal, financial or other professional advice.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction. Before either of us starts proceedings, we will try in good faith to settle by talking.
